Brooke Bressler

Vista Tower, previously known as 375 E. Wacker, is Magellan Development and Wanda Group’s tallest project in Chicago. It is currently being built in the New East Side neighborhood of Chicago, just south of the Chicago River and north of Millennium Park. It will be the third largest skyscraper in Chicago just after the Willis Tower and Trump International Hotel and Tower. It will surpass the nearby Aon Center.  It will stand at 1,191 feet, which is 363 meters tall.

Designed by the same architect of the famous Aqua building, Jeanne Gang, Vista Tower will be one of the two tallest buildings designed by a woman. The original estimated cost of the project was a whopping $900
