    1. The listing will be sent to you daily of new properties that come on the MLS. We will also hand select off-market listings that we think would work well for you.

    1. It is important to act quickly, as often times, if you find a property you love, so has someone else, and you need to make an educated offer based on a rational approach to pricing and negotiating that you and your agent have discussed.
